	If you are a teenager, it's fine, but if you wear this to an office, lose the sandals.
	Vest is tugging at the shirt sleeves, so maybe the vest is too tight around the armpits. Maybe if the vest was a little looser, it might add to the relaxed look it appears you're going for.
