Am I attractive? What could I do to improve my appearance?

	Not right now at least. Your overall problem is hair. First of all, you need to get a stylist to do something with that nice head of hair you have! Also, your eyebrows need to be cleaned up. It almost looks like you have a unibrow, which is not good. A stylist can take care of this for you too ;) Lastly the facial hair needs to be shaven off completely. You just need more style and you'll be fine. As has been said before, you have beautiful eyes and nice lips, but your overall appearance looks very sloppy, almost like you don't care. With all that said, you have the potential to be very handsome.

	When I first looked at your photo I thought I was looking at a child, but once I clicked on it I noticed you weren't. You are asking for advice, so here are a couple of things: the facial hair distracts from those beautiful eyes. You have great lips too, and to accentuate your eyes and lips, get rid of the facial hair. As far as your hair is concerned, I would go to a professional stylist and find out what kind of cut would draw attention to those eyes. One more thing - a smile would make those eyes sparkle.
	I have to agree, the facial hair should be eliminated. You really do have the deepest blue eyes I've ever seen. I have two suggestions: try smiling and, possibly, get rid of the brows between your eyes. You have nice features, but the facial hair makes you look unkempt.
	You have the prettiest blue eyes I've ever seen! You are attractive. I like your haircut, but am not sure of the facial hair. Your lips are also gorgeous! The only thing I would suggest that would make you more attractive is a smile.
